Before we hired Holly our website was very much out of date, and was desperate for a major ‘spruce up’ to give our company a stronger identity and branding within the industry. It was also incredibly un-user friendly, making it difficult for staff to keep the site up to date and upload or change content as we went along, to keep it fresh.
Holly got on board and completely redesigned our website for us, keeping within the aesthetic that we wanted, but making it stronger and consistent. Holly helped with making the site user friendly, and also educating staff on how to maintain and look after the website with uploading any new content, or any changes we might wish to add or remove along the way.
As well as a complete redesign, we have gained a much more interactive and useable website as users are now able to email or contact us directly and can also report faults through visiting our site. We have a live chat window for users to get in touch and talk to our sales representative on any queries they may have.
What we really appreciate is that Holly is wonderfully friendly and approachable, and fast to respond to any queries we may have. She is very helpful and has always made sure to include advice and directions to help with any future changes we can make going forward.
Now, we have a website that we are proud of and can continually upload content or update the pages with ease… and if we ever have any problems or requests, Holly is just an email away!
